本課程主要內容如下：
（一）台法未成年人保護之法律體系
（二）未成年人刑事司法之演變及範圍
（三）未成年人刑事司法之國內與國際自治（兼論兒童權利國際公約之相關規定）
（四）未成年人刑事司法之基本原則
The main contents of this course are as follows:
(1) Legal system for the protection of minors in Taiwan law
(2) The evolution and scope of juvenile criminal justice
(3) Domestic and international autonomy in criminal justice for minors (also discussing relevant provisions of the International Convention on the Rights of the Child)
(4) Basic principles of criminal justice for minors
