教育目標 Course Target
本課程係以制度的角度，分析環境影響評估法所生之爭議問題，促使學生瞭解現行法制運作的邏輯與剖析其可能的優缺點為何，並進一步思索環評法是否須加以調整?如須要，調整的重點在於環評法本身、相關配套的機制或參與機制運作的主體?
This course analyzes the controversial issues arising from the environmental impact assessment law from an institutional perspective, allowing students to understand the logic of the current legal system and analyze its possible advantages and disadvantages, and further think about whether the environmental impact assessment law needs to be adjusted? If necessary, the focus of adjustment is on the environmental impact assessment law itself, related supporting mechanisms or the subjects participating in the operation of the mechanism.
