表演評論書寫作為有如班雅明（Walter Benjamin）所謂的「原作的回聲」，在具有劇場記錄的檔案性外，並內含有當下觀視路徑等複雜的交織；之為一種非虛構文本，又具現著書寫者的思考風格，另一方面經由評論與詮釋，又時而形塑為一個時代性的美學思潮發生。實務上，論述敘事之能力又可對應與研究、編寫、企畫乃至策展等領域。在本課程中，將開展表演藝術「觀看」與「書寫」的多重路徑，藉由當代理論、文本討論的過程，奠定評論的知識基礎，並探索個人創作研究發展的主題。

Performance criticism writing is like what Walter Benjamin called "echoes of the original work." In addition to being an archive of theater records, it also contains complex interweaving of current viewing paths. It is a non-fiction text that reflects the writer's thinking style. On the other hand, through comments and interpretations, it sometimes shapes the aesthetic trends of the times. In practice, the ability to discuss narrative can correspond to fields such as research, writing, planning and even curation. In this course, multiple paths of "watching" and "writing" in performing arts will be carried out. Through the process of contemporary theory and text discussion, the knowledge foundation of criticism will be laid, and the theme of personal creative research and development will be explored.
