教育目標 Course Target
本課程將引導學生以設計研究為核心,結合生成式 AI 與數位工具,針對「健康與運動」相關議題進行系統性的研究與設計探索。課程將從問題意識建構、文獻分析、研究方法選擇,到設計實踐與論證進行完整研究脈絡。本學期課程內容聚焦於科技賦能下的健康與運動設計議題,並對應聯合國永續發展目標 SDG 3(健康與福祉)與 SDG 10(減少不平等),探討 AI 技術、數位系統與設計方法如何回應不同族群(如高齡者、身心障礙者、慢性病或運動弱勢族群)在健康促進與身體活動中的實際需求與結構性限制。相關議題將延伸至科技倫理、可近性(accessibility)、慢科技(slow technology)與包容性設計等當代設計研究脈絡。
此外,課程將引導學生運用 AI 工具於設計研究與設計發展歷程中,包括但不限於:研究議題探索、文獻整理與歸納、使用情境與角色建構、設計概念生成與形式推演,並透過設計科學觀點檢視 AI 作為研究輔助工具在設計思考與知識建構中的角色與限制。並考量修課學生具備不同研究背景與設計專長,課程將鼓勵學生依其專業取向(如產品設計、互動設計、材料與製程、服務設計、設計理論等)發展個別性研究主題,透過課堂討論、研究回饋與階段性發表,深化研究深度與設計論述能力。
本課程期末成果需完成一件以研究為導向之設計成果,內容包含研究背景、文獻回顧、研究方法、設計發展歷程與討論,作為學生進階設計研究能力與整合性思考之具體展現。
This course will guide students to conduct systematic research and design exploration on issues related to "health and exercise" with design research as the core, combined with generative AI and digital tools. The course will provide a complete research context from problem awareness construction, literature analysis, research method selection, to design practice and demonstration. The course content of this semester focuses on health and sports design issues empowered by technology, and corresponds to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals SDG 3 (health and well-being) and SDG 10 (reducing inequality). It explores how AI technology, digital systems and design methods can respond to the actual needs and structural constraints of different groups (such as the elderly, people with physical and mental disabilities, chronic diseases or disadvantaged groups in sports) in health promotion and physical activities. Related topics will extend to contemporary design research contexts such as technology ethics, accessibility, slow technology and inclusive design.
In addition, the course will guide students to use AI tools in the design research and design development process, including but not limited to: research topic exploration, literature collection and induction, usage situations and role construction, design concept generation and formal deduction, and examine the role and limitations of AI as a research aid in design thinking and knowledge construction from a design science perspective. Taking into consideration that students taking the course have different research backgrounds and design expertise, the course will encourage students to develop individual research topics based on their professional orientation (such as product design, interaction design, materials and processes, service design, design theory, etc.), and deepen their research depth and design discussion capabilities through class discussions, research feedback, and periodic publications.
The final outcome of this course is to complete a research-oriented design result, which includes research background, literature review, research methods, design development process and discussion, as a concrete demonstration of students' advanced design research capabilities and integrated thinking.
課程概述 Course Description
目前從事相關產品設計與開發有許多設計技巧可加以使用,本課程經由與老師的討論與指導以及同儕間的學習觀摩來培養設計之能力,學生將依循所設定的主題進行自我資料收集和界定問題之能力,以國內外目前解決之方法進行掌握,並加以學習。在不同的設計階段,所產生的多項構想,可進行評估與修正,以掌握最佳設計方案,最後透過模型與多媒體的發表與展演,呈現學生對於本課程的學習成效。
Currently, there are many design skills that can be used when engaged in related product design and development. This course cultivates design abilities through discussion and guidance with teachers and learning and observation among peers. Students will follow the set theme to collect self-data and define the ability of problems, and master and learn from current solutions at home and abroad. At different design stages, multiple ideas generated can be evaluated and revised to grasp the best design plan. Finally, students' learning results of this course can be presented through models and multimedia presentations and performances.
