這份大綱以嘗試以「理論作為武器」，召喚建築系碩士班及中高年級有意識在畢業前裝備自身成為有「主體性」的自主判斷能力的專業者「帶槍投靠」，進行一個學期的知識戰鬥與理論游擊戰。
本課程不提供標準答案，也不設定統一的必讀經典。相反地，這是一個「建築實踐者的都市實驗室」。我們邀請正處於畢業設計焦慮期，或對未來專業生涯感到迷惘的同學「帶槍投靠」——帶著你正在操作的基地、正在糾結的議題、或是一直想攻克的都市現象來到課堂。
我們將近代都市規劃與設計的思潮，諸如新都市主義(New Urbanism)、景觀都市主義（Landscape Urbanism）、戰術都市主義、權利的空間化、空間的文化政治等，視為「裝備庫」。針對每位學生的題目，課程將透過學生的自我表述與討論，未修課同學量身定做專屬書單，並透過雙週一次的密集讀書會，將生硬的理論轉化為設計的邏輯。
在這一門課的課堂裡，閱讀是為了辯論，辯論是為了實踐。

This syllabus attempts to use "theory as a weapon" and calls on the master's degree classes and middle and high school students in the Department of Architecture to consciously equip themselves to become professionals with "subjectivity" and the ability to make independent judgments before graduation.
This course does not provide standard answers, nor does it set a unified must-read classic. Rather, it is an "urban laboratory for architectural practitioners." We invite students who are in the anxious period of graduation project or who are confused about their future professional career to "bring a gun to join us" - bring the base you are operating, the issue you are struggling with, or the urban phenomenon you have always wanted to conquer to the class.
We regard modern urban planning and design trends, such as New Urbanism, Landscape Urbanism, Tactical Urbanism, the spatialization of rights, and the cultural politics of space, as "equipment arsenals." Based on each student's topic, the course will use students' self-expression and discussion, tailor-made exclusive book lists for students who have not taken the course, and through bi-weekly intensive reading groups, rigid theories will be transformed into design logic.
In this course, reading is for debate, and debate is for practice.
