教育目標 Course Target
課程目標
本課程旨在培養學生運用實證醫學(Evidence-Based Medicine, EBM)原則,結合運動醫學、運動傷害防護及新科技工具,進行科學化分析與臨床決策。學生將具備評估運動介入效果、分析運動傷害生物力學、制定治療策略以及運動員回場(Return to Play, RTP)評估之能力。同時,學生能熟悉物理治療、筋膜治療、運動貼紮及再生醫學等方法,並掌握電腦化客觀評估與模擬技術的應用,促進運動傷害防護與康復之精準化。
課程內涵
課程內容涵蓋實證運動醫學基礎與應用,包括運動傷害生物力學分析、肥胖控制、骨質疏鬆與骨折預防、慢性下背痛之循證運動策略等。專題學習部分聚焦於十字韌帶損傷治療策略、運動員RTP評估、筋膜治療與運動貼紮療效分析,強化學生臨床應用能力。課程亦引入物理治療技巧及再生醫學在運動醫學中的最新發展,並安排電腦化客觀評估技術與模擬應用的介紹與實作,提升數位化技能。透過期中與期末綜合專案發表,學生將整合所學,具備獨立進行運動傷害防護與實證分析的專業能力。
Course objectives
This course aims to train students to use evidence-based medicine (EBM) principles, combined with sports medicine, sports injury protection and new technological tools, to conduct scientific analysis and clinical decision-making. Students will have the ability to evaluate the effects of sports intervention, analyze the biomechanics of sports injuries, develop treatment strategies, and evaluate athletes' Return to Play (RTP). At the same time, students can become familiar with methods such as physical therapy, fascial therapy, sports taping and regenerative medicine, and master the application of computerized objective assessment and simulation technology to promote more precise sports injury prevention and rehabilitation.
Course content
The course content covers the foundation and application of evidence-based sports medicine, including biomechanical analysis of sports injuries, obesity control, osteoporosis and fracture prevention, evidence-based exercise strategies for chronic low back pain, etc. The special learning part focuses on treatment strategies for cruciate ligament injuries, athlete RTP assessment, fascia treatment and sports taping efficacy analysis, to strengthen students' clinical application capabilities. The course also introduces the latest developments in physical therapy techniques and regenerative medicine in sports medicine, and arranges the introduction and implementation of computerized objective assessment technology and simulation applications to enhance digital skills. Through mid-term and final comprehensive project presentations, students will integrate what they have learned and have the professional ability to independently conduct sports injury protection and empirical analysis.
