本課程旨在使學生能對我國長期照顧的背景、受照顧者的需求、服務體系、服務內容，照顧資源的整合與服務品質之管理機制等長期照顧的需求面、服務面與管理面有一完整的認識，進而探討長期照顧中常見的照顧議題；透過討論，激發學生思考問題的內涵，提出應對與解決的創新策略。過程中，將安排實務參訪，提供實務接觸的經驗，了解長期照顧的實質內涵；課程的進行，亦將鼓勵學生參與討論，並透過文獻的閱讀，小組的討論，深入探討長期照顧的議題並發展出創新的照顧措施或問題解決方案。

This course aims to enable students to have a complete understanding of the demand side, service side and management side of long-term care in my country, including the background of long-term care in China, the needs of care recipients, the service system, service content, the integration of care resources and the management mechanism of service quality, and then explore common care issues in long-term care; through discussions, students will be stimulated to think about the connotation of the problem and propose innovative strategies to deal with and solve it. During the process, practical visits will be arranged to provide practical contact experience and understand the essential connotation of long-term care; during the course, students will also be encouraged to participate in discussions, and through literature reading and group discussions, they will delve into long-term care issues and develop innovative care measures or problem solutions.
