教育目標 Course Target

課程目標:本課程旨在培養研究生對高齡健康與運動科學相關議題之批判性思維與跨領域整合能力。透過研讀最新研究文獻、專題報告分享與同儕討論,學生將能掌握本領域之研究趨勢與實務應用,進一步強化其學術表達、資料解析與研究設計能力,為論文撰寫與專業實踐奠定堅實基礎。

課程內涵:
主題導向學習:每次上課聚焦與高齡健康、運動科學或長期照護實務相關之議題,由授課教師或邀請專家進行導讀與引言。
文獻閱讀與評論:學生需預先閱讀指定文獻,課堂中進行摘要報告與批判性討論,提升其分析與歸納能力。
研究經驗分享:安排研究所師生或外部講者分享其研究歷程與成果,啟發學生研究動機與方向。
問題解決與交流能力訓練:鼓勵學生針對特定議題提出觀點與建議,透過討論過程強化其邏輯推理與溝通表達技巧。
跨領域整合應用:引導學生將所學應用於高齡健康促進、運動處方設計、健康行為改變、科技輔助介入等實務情境,培養其整合不同學科知識解決實務問題的能力。

Course Objectives: This course aims to cultivate graduate students’ critical thinking and cross-field integration abilities on issues related to aging health and exercise science. Through studying the latest research literature, sharing special reports and peer discussions, students will be able to grasp the research trends and practical applications in this field, further strengthen their academic expression, data analysis and research design capabilities, and lay a solid foundation for thesis writing and professional practice.

Course content:
Topic-oriented learning: Each class focuses on issues related to elderly health, exercise science or long-term care practice, with the lecturer or invited experts providing introductions and introductions.
Literature reading and review: Students are required to read designated literature in advance and conduct summary reports and critical discussions in class to improve their analysis and induction abilities.
Research experience sharing: arrange for teachers and students of the institute or external speakers to share their research processes and results to inspire students' research motivations and directions.
Problem-solving and communication skills training: Encourage students to put forward opinions and suggestions on specific issues, and strengthen their logical reasoning and communication expression skills through the discussion process.
Cross-field integrated application: Guide students to apply what they have learned to practical situations such as health promotion for the elderly, exercise prescription design, health behavior change, technology-assisted intervention, etc., and cultivate their ability to integrate knowledge from different disciplines to solve practical problems.

課程概述 Course Description

通過專題報告及專題演講,使碩一研究生對其所從事的研究工作有進一步的理解,以利於其完成碩士論文。同時,亦使研究所其他學生能瞭解系所相關之研究方向,增長專業知識。

Through special reports and special speeches, first-year master's students can have a better understanding of the research work they are engaged in, which will help them complete their master's thesis. At the same time, it also enables other students in the institute to understand the research directions related to the department and increase their professional knowledge.
