教育目標 Course Target
本課程深度剖析現代飯店管家作為奢華服務核心典範的主動性與個人化模式。課程採「理論授課」與「特殊場域實務」雙軌平行,規劃包含基礎理論建構、海外移地教學及歸國後之專題整合研究。教學目標旨在結合英國管家體系理論與國際頂級奢華旅宿之現地觀摩,引領學生探討 AI 科技賦能、ESG 永續經營及跨文化服務設計等前瞻趨勢。透過分析全球旅宿如何將英式管家精髓融入在地化服務,並落實危機管理與服務修復實作,培養具備國際觀點、專業領導力與研究分析能力的餐旅高階管理人才。
*本課程規畫理論與實作雙軌學習,滾動式調整,達到最佳學習目標。開學加退選結束後,與所有確定修課的同學共同商議。
This course provides an in-depth analysis of the initiative and personalization model of modern hotel butlers as the core model of luxury service. The course adopts a dual-track approach of "theoretical teaching" and "special field practice". The plan includes basic theoretical construction, overseas on-site teaching and integrated research on special topics after returning to China. The teaching goal is to combine the British butler system theory with on-site observation of top international luxury hotels, and lead students to explore forward-looking trends such as AI technology empowerment, ESG sustainable management, and cross-cultural service design. By analyzing how global hotels integrate the essence of British butlers into localized services, and implement crisis management and service recovery practices, we will cultivate high-level hotel and hospitality management talents with international perspectives, professional leadership, and research and analysis capabilities.
*This course plans dual-track learning of theory and practice, with rolling adjustments to achieve the best learning goals. After the start of the semester, plus or minus options, we will discuss this with all students who have decided to take courses.
