隨著全球永續發展目標（SDGs）的推動，畜牧產業在營養管理、污染控制及資源循環方面的挑戰愈加嚴峻。本課程旨在整合營養學、毒物學與環境永續三大面向，建立學生對畜牧生產與生態環境間交互作用的全觀視野。

With the promotion of global sustainable development goals (SDGs), the challenges of the livestock industry in nutrition management, pollution control and resource recycling have become increasingly severe. This course aims to integrate the three major aspects of nutrition, toxicology and environmental sustainability, and establish students' comprehensive vision of the interaction between livestock production and the ecological environment.
