Bioinformatics

教育目標 Course Target

本課程旨在培養學生掌握生物資訊學在分子生物學研究中的應用，涵蓋 DNA、RNA 與蛋白質序列分析、引子與 sgRNA 設計、基因表現分析及訊息傳遞路徑探討。課程亦將介紹文獻搜尋、Endnote 工具及實驗相關資源，並透過分組報告與討論，強化學生的資料整合與科學表達能力，提升研究與應用層次。

This course aims to train students to master the application of bioinformatics in molecular biology research, covering DNA, RNA and protein sequence analysis, primer and sgRNA design, gene expression analysis and discussion of message transmission pathways. The course will also introduce literature search, Endnote tools and experiment-related resources, and through group reports and discussions, students will strengthen their data integration and scientific expression skills, and improve their research and application levels.
