教育目標 Course Target
在一個充滿不確定的競爭環境,面對風險及危機已經不是意外,而是常態,也是組織競爭力的一環。因此如何面對、處理進而管理風險與危機使成為轉機,對個人或組織都益形重要。本課程的內容除了講授理論與實務外更強調課堂討論,所以也將利用個案研究的方式使學生能在實際的案例中檢驗相關理論與觀念,並可熟練的運用在職場與日常生活中。
In a competitive environment full of uncertainty, facing risks and crises is no longer an accident, it is the norm and a part of organizational competitiveness. Therefore, how to face, handle and manage risks and crises becomes a turning point, which is increasingly important for individuals or organizations. In addition to teaching theory and practice, the content of this course also emphasizes classroom discussions. Therefore, case studies will also be used to enable students to test relevant theories and concepts in actual cases, and apply them skillfully in the workplace and daily life.
課程概述 Course Description
「危機管理」研討內容包括危機之紓緩、準備、反應及回復四個部份。其中又以反應階段(災難處理)最受到理論及實務者重視。然而,無論是自然災害、交通、科技、人為及戰爭,在危機形成災難前之紓緩準備階段,及事後之重建回復,也具有相等之重要性。
The "Crisis Management" seminar includes four parts: crisis relief, preparation, response and recovery. Among them, the response stage (disaster management) receives the most attention from both theorists and practitioners. However, whether it is natural disasters, transportation, technology, man-made or war, the relief preparation stage before a crisis becomes a disaster and the reconstruction and recovery afterwards are equally important.
