教育目標 Course Target
本課程的教學採理論理解與實務參與⾒習並重的⽅式規劃,⽬的為讓修課學⽣不僅具有社會組織的基本理論基礎,並能經由在地的⾼齡服務機構現場參與⾒習過程,更深刻的驗證⾼齡服務機構的組織與運作,提供學⽣未來進⼊相關機構服務的先備知識與能⼒。
本課程的規劃從活躍⽼化、樂齡學習以及⾼齡照顧機構與社會組織的概念著⼿,探討樂齡學習、⾼齡照顧、社會組織、⾮營利組織的創設與發展等基礎概念,並進⼀步瞭解⾼齡服務機構的本質、類型以及其設⽴、運作與發展,以利修課學⽣進⼊⾼齡服務機構場域進⾏參與⾒習時,可以有效地觀察、理解服務場域的各項規畫與運作之因素,有機會在服務過程與之後進⾏深度的反思。讓學⽣之學習能達到理論與實務能夠充分結合,提升學⽣的⾼齡服務機構運作專業知能。
The teaching of this course is planned in a way that pays equal attention to theoretical understanding and practical participation. The purpose is to enable students to not only have the basic theoretical foundation of social organizations, but also to participate in the learning process through local senior service agencies on-site, to more deeply verify the organization and operation of senior service agencies, and to provide students with the prerequisite knowledge and abilities to enter relevant agency services in the future.
The planning of this course starts from the concepts of active aging, elderly learning, and elderly care institutions and social organizations. It explores basic concepts such as elderly learning, elderly care, social organizations, and the creation and development of non-profit organizations, and further understands the nature of elderly service organizations. , type, and its establishment, operation and development, so that when students enter the field of elderly service organizations for participation, they can effectively observe and understand the various planning and operation factors of the service field, and have the opportunity to conduct in-depth reflection during and after the service process. Let students' learning achieve a full integration of theory and practice, and enhance students' professional knowledge in the operation of elderly service organizations.
