本課程旨在引導學生深入理解社會團體工作的理論基礎、實務應用與研究發展趨勢，並培養其在團體工作領域中的專業能力、倫理敏感度與批判性思考能力。透過系統性學習與實務案例分析，協助學生能夠整合理論與實務，理解團體運作的核心原則，並具備規劃、帶領、評估與反思社會工作團體的基本能力。

This course aims to guide students to gain an in-depth understanding of the theoretical basis, practical application and research development trends of social group work, and to cultivate their professional abilities, ethical sensitivity and critical thinking skills in the field of group work. Through systematic learning and practical case analysis, students are helped to integrate theory and practice, understand the core principles of group operation, and have the basic abilities to plan, lead, evaluate and reflect on social work groups.

本課程的目標有二, 一是從期刊文獻中, 瞭解近年社會團體工作的主要概念運用，更新同學對於團體工作的概念; 二是幫助學生學習數種屬於社會工作的團體工作模式及應用, 期望學生能運用於實務工作之中.

The goal of this course is twofold. The first is to understand the main concepts and applications of social group work in recent years from journal literature and update students' concepts of group work; the second is to help students learn several group work models and applications that belong to social work, and hope that students can apply them in practical work.
