課程目標在於協助學生理解風險預防、危機管理與聲譽重建的核心理論框架。其中重視學生辨識風險訊號、分析危機成因、規劃組織韌性策略的能力。以及建立專業的危機傳播技巧，包括媒體應對、新聞稿撰寫、道歉策略與公共論述。本課程結合理論與實務，涵蓋 SCCT、IRT、Mitroff 模型與最新 AIGC 風險研究，以台灣與國際重大危機（企業、公共治理、社群輿論）作為案例，模擬記者會、輿情分析、危機決策情境演練，強調「風暴思維（Storm Thinking）」與韌性治理（Resilience Governance），學生可產出一份「危機管理行動方案（Crisis Playbook）」作為課程成果。

The goal of the course is to help students understand the core theoretical framework of risk prevention, crisis management and reputation reconstruction. Among them, students' ability to identify risk signals, analyze the causes of crises, and plan organizational resilience strategies is emphasized. and build professional crisis communication skills, including media response, press release writing, apology strategy and public discourse. This course combines theory and practice, covering SCCT, IRT, Mitroff models and the latest AIGC risk research. It uses major Taiwanese and international crises (corporate, public governance, community opinion) as cases, simulates press conferences, public opinion analysis, and crisis decision-making situation drills, emphasizing "Storm Thinking" and Resilience Governance. Students can produce a "Crisis Playbook" as the course outcome.
