教育目標 Course Target
1.探討個人管理、企業倫理、公司治理、社會責任與永續發展之相關議題及其關聯。
2.將從企業永續經營的核心模式出發,強調企業倫理、公司治理與企業社會責任(CSR)的整合,並引導學生理解永續思維的全局架構,包括:利害關係人觀點、長期價值創造、IFRS 永續準則、供應鏈韌性與全球市場變局。
3.本課程將深入解析公司治理制度與實務,涵蓋董事長、董事與監察人的資格、選舉、罷免、職權與義務,並探討公司治理、經營管理、家族治理與永續責任的關聯。課程同時關注企業傳承議題,帶領學生理解「傳承者的修練」與所有權、治理權、經營權的區分與整合,進而掌握家族企業從創業到交棒的治理關鍵。
4.本課程亦將處理企業在成長過程中常見的瓶頸,包括策略盲點、管理彈性不足、資訊不透明、併購與供應鏈調整、面對關稅壁壘的市場新機會等。學生將練習解析財務資訊、運用財務報表做決策,並理解 AI 技術如何重塑財務會計、風險評估、預算編制與治理機制。
5.課程亦涵蓋人才與組織發展相關議題,包含新世代留才工具、福利制度設計、組織心理安全。
6.本課程將帶入教授所發展的三大個人治理工具——幸福經濟學、人生會計學、壓力會計學,協助學生進行自我評估與資源盤點,使其理解:永續不僅是企業課題,也是個人管理與生命治理的議題。學生將學會以六大人生資源(時間、金錢、健康、知識、人脈、信仰/價值)為基礎,運用會計邏輯進行自我管理、壓力盤點與職涯規劃,使個人治理成為企業治理與永續治理的根基。
7.綜合而言,本課程的目標是培養具備永續視野、治理能力、財務素養與個人管理能力的新世代領導人才,使其能在企業、組織或家族中推動永續價值,為社會、組織與個人帶來長期而真實的影響力。
1. Discuss issues related to personal management, corporate ethics, corporate governance, social responsibility and sustainable development and their connections.
2. It will start from the core model of corporate sustainable management, emphasize the integration of corporate ethics, corporate governance and corporate social responsibility (CSR), and guide students to understand the overall structure of sustainable thinking, including: stakeholder perspectives, long-term value creation, IFRS sustainability principles, supply chain resilience and global market changes.
3. This course will provide an in-depth analysis of corporate governance systems and practices, covering the qualifications, election, removal, powers and obligations of chairman, directors and supervisors, and explore the relationship between corporate governance, business management, family governance and sustainable responsibility. The course also focuses on corporate inheritance issues, leading students to understand the "training of the successor" and the distinction and integration of ownership, governance rights, and management rights, and then master the key to the governance of family businesses from entrepreneurship to handover.
4. This course will also deal with common bottlenecks in the growth process of enterprises, including strategic blind spots, insufficient management flexibility, information opacity, mergers and acquisitions and supply chain adjustments, new market opportunities in the face of tariff barriers, etc. Students will practice parsing financial information, using financial statements to make decisions, and understand how AI technology is reshaping financial accounting, risk assessment, budgeting, and governance mechanisms.
5. The course also covers topics related to talent and organizational development, including new generation talent retention tools, welfare system design, and organizational psychological safety.
6. This course will introduce the three major personal management tools developed by the professor - happiness economics, life accounting, and stress accounting, to help students conduct self-assessment and resource inventory, so that they can understand that sustainability is not only a corporate issue, but also an issue of personal management and life governance. Students will learn to use accounting logic to conduct self-management, stress inventory and career planning based on the six major life resources (time, money, health, knowledge, connections, beliefs/values), making personal governance the foundation of corporate governance and sustainable governance.
7. Generally speaking, the goal of this course is to cultivate a new generation of leadership talents with sustainable vision, governance capabilities, financial literacy and personal management capabilities, so that they can promote sustainable value in companies, organizations or families, and bring long-term and real influence to society, organizations and individuals.
