一、課程簡介
在全球產業快速變動、數位科技持續推進與勞動結構劇烈轉換的背景下,企業轉型已成為組織永續經營的關鍵課題。然而,實務經驗顯示,多數企業轉型的成敗關鍵,並不僅取決於策略方向或科技導入,而更深層地取決於人力資源體系是否能夠支撐變革,以及組織是否具備有效推動變革的能力。

本課程聚焦於「企業轉型的人力資源與組織變革」,系統性探討企業在轉型過程中所面臨的人才、組織、文化與領導挑戰,並結合理論架構與實務案例,說明企業如何透過人力資源管理與組織設計,提升轉型的可行性與成功率。

課程同時強調轉型並非單一專案,而是一個涉及個體行為、團隊互動、組織制度與企業文化的整合性變革歷程。透過專案導向與案例分析的教學方式,培養學生從實務角度分析企業轉型問題,並提出具體可行的組織變革與人力資源策略。

1. Course Introduction
Against the background of rapid changes in global industries, continued advancement of digital technology, and drastic changes in labor structures, corporate transformation has become a key issue for sustainable management of organizations. However, practical experience shows that the key to the success or failure of most enterprise transformations does not only depend on strategic direction or the introduction of technology, but more deeply on whether the human resources system can support change and whether the organization has the ability to effectively promote change.

This course focuses on "Human Resources and Organizational Change in Enterprise Transformation". It systematically explores the talent, organization, culture and leadership challenges faced by enterprises during the transformation process. It combines theoretical framework and practical cases to explain how enterprises can improve the feasibility and success rate of transformation through human resource management and organizational design.

The course also emphasizes that transformation is not a single project, but an integrated change process involving individual behavior, team interaction, organizational systems and corporate culture. Through project-oriented and case analysis teaching methods, students are trained to analyze corporate transformation issues from a practical perspective and propose specific and feasible organizational changes and human resource strategies.
