教育目標 Course Target
本課程在研討策略管理之核心議題及實務應用，透過理論架構複習及實務案例的導入，探討企業策略與資源整合之規劃實施及評估控制，引導同學們思考高階主管所面臨到公司層級的經營管理問題，提供管理者建置與應用策略管理之有效學習。

This course studies the core issues and practical applications of strategic management. Through the review of theoretical framework and the introduction of practical cases, it explores the planning, implementation and evaluation control of corporate strategy and resource integration. It guides students to think about the business management issues faced by senior managers at the company level, and provides effective learning for managers to establish and apply strategic management.
