Business Model Innovation and Design

教育目標 Course Target

本課程以商業模式創新與設計為核心,培養學生從行動者與開創者視角,系統性拆解與診斷既有商業模式的運作邏輯、限制與關鍵瓶頸,並進一步運用商業模式建構與分析工具,主動設計未來導向的商業模式方案。

課程強調「做中學」與問題導向學習,引導學生在真實或擬真的產業與場域情境中,將分析轉化為設計,從現況理解出發,探索並開創具可行性與創新性的潛在新事業機會。最終目標在於培養學生能以清楚、具邏輯且圖像化的方式表達商業模式思維,並具備將創新構想轉化為可實踐行動方案的能力,作為未來投入創新創業或組織轉型的重要基礎

課程特色:
1. 學習方式採課堂講授、實務演講、互動式個案教學與分組商業模式創新設計實務專題等方式交叉進行。
2. 知識學習:掌握「商業模式創新與設計」重點議題之發展。
3.理論學習與實務演練並進:藉由場域主題性的實際轉型專案,模擬演練商業模式分析與設計流程,創造場域轉型創新價值。
4.跨領域團隊互動:透過跨領域專長之團隊組成與場域業界專家,形塑兼具技術與經營能耐之成員互動交流與學習。

This course focuses on business model innovation and design, training students to systematically dismantle and diagnose the operating logic, limitations and key bottlenecks of existing business models from the perspective of actors and pioneers, and further use business model construction and analysis tools to proactively design future-oriented business model solutions.

The course emphasizes "learning by doing" and problem-based learning, guiding students to transform analysis into design in real or simulated industrial and field situations, starting from understanding the current situation, exploring and creating potential new business opportunities that are feasible and innovative. The ultimate goal is to cultivate students' ability to express business model thinking in a clear, logical and graphical way, and to have the ability to transform innovative ideas into practical action plans, which will serve as an important foundation for future investment in innovation, entrepreneurship or organizational transformation.

Course features:
1. Learning methods include classroom lectures, practical lectures, interactive case teaching and group business model innovation design practical topics.
2. Knowledge learning: Master the development of key issues in "Business Model Innovation and Design".
3. Theoretical learning and practical drills go hand in hand: through field-themed actual transformation projects, business model analysis and design processes are simulated and drilled to create field transformation innovation value.
4. Cross-field team interaction: Through cross-field expertise team composition and field industry experts, members with both technical and operational capabilities can interact, communicate and learn.
