教育目標 Course Target

本課程旨在協助 EMBA 學員從企業永續發展的高度,重新思考人力資源管理在組織策略中的關鍵角色。課程強調人力資源策略與企業整體目標的對齊,涵蓋人才吸引與遴選、關鍵人才與高階領導者繼任規劃、激勵與留任機制,以及組織文化的塑造,協助企業建立具競爭力且可持續的人才體系。
課程亦聚焦新世代員工管理與多元化團隊建立,透過認識個人能力與特質、理解個體差異,提升團隊合作與績效表現;並介紹目標訂定與績效管理工具、人才發展方法,以回應企業轉型與數位化過程中對人才的新需求。此外,課程將結合企業永續與人力資源議題,探討敬業度與工作幸福感、生活工資、健康與安全、多元與共融(TISFD)、商業與人權等重要主題,引導學員從制度、文化與治理層面,建構兼顧績效、人才發展與社會責任的永續人力資源管理模式。

This course is designed to help EMBA students rethink the key role of human resource management in organizational strategy from the perspective of sustainable corporate development. The course emphasizes the alignment of human resources strategies with the overall corporate goals, covering talent attraction and selection, succession planning for key talents and senior leaders, incentive and retention mechanisms, and the shaping of organizational culture, helping companies establish a competitive and sustainable talent system.
The course also focuses on new-generation employee management and building diverse teams, improving teamwork and performance through understanding personal abilities and traits, and understanding individual differences. It also introduces goal setting and performance management tools and talent development methods to respond to new demands for talent in the process of corporate transformation and digitalization. In addition, the course will combine corporate sustainability and human resources issues to explore important topics such as engagement and work happiness, living wages, health and safety, diversity and inclusion (TISFD), business and human rights, and guide students to build a sustainable human resources management model that takes into account performance, talent development and social responsibility from the institutional, cultural and governance levels.
