課程內涵首先介紹企業數位轉型的本質：它不只是導入新科技，而是以數位能力重塑商業模式、營運流程與客戶關係，將「資料」轉為可行動的洞察，並以敏捷方式持續迭代。其次聚焦AI對數位轉型的重要影響：AI使企業能在需求預測、個人化推薦、智慧客服、品質檢測、供應鏈優化與知識管理等面向快速擴張能力；生成式AI更降低內容生產與專業知識取得門檻，促成工作流程再設計與新產品新服務的誕生，同時也帶來模型治理、倫理、偏誤、隱私與資安的新挑戰。最後，本課程強調組織變革是數位轉型成敗關鍵：轉型必然改變權責分工、績效衡量與工作方式，若缺乏共同願景、領導承諾、溝通與人才再培訓，技術投資容易淪為「有系統無改變」。因此課程將以案例與實作引導學生建立變革地圖、利害關係人管理與文化塑造策略，讓轉型真正落地並可持續。

The content of the course first introduces the essence of enterprise digital transformation: it is not just the introduction of new technologies, but the use of digital capabilities to reshape business models, operational processes and customer relationships, turn "data" into actionable insights, and continuously iterate in an agile manner. Secondly, we focus on the important impact of AI on digital transformation: AI enables companies to rapidly expand their capabilities in demand forecasting, personalized recommendations, smart customer service, quality inspection, supply chain optimization and knowledge management. Generative AI also lowers the threshold for content production and professional knowledge acquisition, promotes the redesign of workflows and the birth of new products and services, and also brings new challenges in model governance, ethics, bias, privacy and information security. Finally, this course emphasizes that organizational change is the key to the success or failure of digital transformation: Transformation will inevitably change the division of responsibilities, performance measurement, and working methods. Without a shared vision, leadership commitment, communication, and talent retraining, technology investment can easily become "system without change." Therefore, the course will use cases and practices to guide students in establishing change maps, stakeholder management and culture shaping strategies, so that the transformation can be truly implemented and sustainable.
