本課程將結合30年來，在第一現場採訪無數企業領袖的「媒體高階洞察」，與自身的經營管理經驗，協助你站上巨人的肩膀，打下一場場勝仗！
授課內容涵蓋：
1.議程設定力（Agenda Setting）：分享《商周》如何主導議題，協助領導者定義競爭維度，從「反應者」轉變為「市場規則制訂者」。
2.戰略敘事力（Strategic Narrative）：學習將冰冷的經營數據、策略，轉化為具備「大歷史感」與「人性共鳴」的封面故事，讓利益關係人跟隨。
AI and geopolitics are reshaping the appearance of enterprises. How do you establish your own "strategic narrative leadership" so that the market, customers, and employees are willing to follow you and move forward bravely?
This course will combine the "advanced media insights" gained from interviewing countless business leaders on the spot for 30 years with your own management experience to help you stand on the shoulders of giants and win every battle!
Course content covers:
1. Agenda Setting: Share how "Business Weekly" leads issues, helps leaders define the dimensions of competition, and transform from "responders" to "market rule makers".
2. Strategic Narrative: Learn to transform cold business data and strategies into cover stories with "a sense of history" and "human resonance", allowing stakeholders to follow.
