教育目標 Course Target
面對全球永續浪潮與淨零碳排的要求，企業不僅必須因應法規壓力，更需在轉型過程中找出新的價值與商業機會。本課程從政策脈動、技術趨勢到企業策略的全面視角出發，協助學員掌握永續治理、碳管理與減量工具，理解供應鏈壓力、國際盤查標準，以及永續轉型帶來的市場新機。透過案例討論與情境實作，培養學員規劃永續策略、制定碳管理路徑、辨識綠色商機的能力，使企業在變局中掌握競爭優勢。
Facing the global wave of sustainability and the requirement for net-zero carbon emissions, companies must not only respond to regulatory pressures, but also find new value and business opportunities during the transformation process. This course starts from a comprehensive perspective of policy pulses, technology trends and corporate strategies to help students master sustainable governance, carbon management and reduction tools, understand supply chain pressures, international inspection standards, and new market opportunities brought about by sustainable transformation. Through case discussions and situational implementation, students are trained to plan sustainable strategies, formulate carbon management paths, and identify green business opportunities, so that enterprises can gain competitive advantages in changing situations.
