面對美國川普總統上台後，以「美國製造」、「美國優先」的核心思想，祭出(1)美國製造給予減稅、(2)對外採進口關稅、(3)驅逐不法移民、(4)強化石化產業(頁岩油)，面對全球大格局的改變，加上AI等數位科技的快速發展，企業該何去何從？
本課程希望運用經濟思維進行產業分析，企業可以建立由外而內（outside-in） 的策略規劃邏輯，在深入瞭解影響產業結構的因素後，並可據以研擬具體的策略行動。本課程將致力提升學員(1)追蹤國際經貿情勢與趨勢的能力(2)分析各種產業特性的能力(3) 動態思維及策略觀點(4)結合產業分析思維擬定公司策略的能力。當世界經濟環境變動的狀況下，唯有瞭解產業特性，找出最佳策略，廠商才得以採取適當的策略來因應，才能在激烈競爭中勝出。
