教育目標 Course Target

在高度競爭與快速變動的經營環境中,企業能否持續成長,關鍵往往不在於策略是否宏大,而在於「人是否帶得動、組織是否撐得住」。特別是在台灣中小企業與家族企業情境下,領導者常同時肩負決策者、管理者與文化塑造者等多重角色,其領導統御能力與人力資源管理思維,將直接影響企業的執行力、人才留任與組織穩定度。

本課程以「領導統御」為核心主軸,結合「人力資源管理」的制度與工具,系統性探討領導理論的演進、不同領導風格的適用情境,以及教練式領導在現代組織中的實務價值。同時,課程將人力資源管理視為經營管理的一環,而非單純的人事作業,協助學員理解招募、培育、績效與激勵制度如何與領導行為相互影響。

課程設計強調理論與實務的整合,透過領導風格測評、教練式對話演練與學員企業人資盤點,引導學員回到自身企業情境,反思既有管理慣性,並逐步建立可持續的人才發展與領導運作模式。

In a highly competitive and rapidly changing business environment, the key to a company's ability to sustain growth often does not lie in whether the strategy is ambitious, but in whether people can lead it and whether the organization can sustain it. Especially in the context of Taiwan's small and medium-sized enterprises and family businesses, leaders often assume multiple roles such as decision-makers, managers, and culture shapers at the same time. Their leadership capabilities and human resource management thinking will directly affect the company's execution, talent retention, and organizational stability.

This course takes "leadership and control" as its core theme and combines the systems and tools of "human resource management" to systematically explore the evolution of leadership theory, the applicable situations of different leadership styles, and the practical value of coaching leadership in modern organizations. At the same time, the course regards human resource management as a part of business management, rather than a simple personnel operation, and helps students understand how recruitment, training, performance and incentive systems interact with leadership behavior.

The course design emphasizes the integration of theory and practice. Through leadership style assessment, coaching-style dialogue exercises and student company human resources inventory, students are guided to return to their own corporate situations, reflect on existing management inertia, and gradually establish sustainable talent development and leadership operation models.
