教育目標 Course Target
本課程旨在培養學生數位鑑識與舞弊調查能力，內容涵蓋證據保存、鑑識工具、舞弊手法與資料分析，並強調法律程序的重要性。透過實務專題講座與案例研討，介紹證據在司法實務中的採信標準、調查報告在法官判斷中的角色、以及相關法規（如刑事、民事與個資法）的要求，使學生具備初步的舞弊偵查敏感度與數位鑑識能力，能在未來的會計、稽核、資訊或風險管理職務中應用。
This course aims to cultivate students' digital forensics and fraud investigation capabilities. The course covers evidence preservation, forensic tools, fraud techniques and data analysis, and emphasizes the importance of legal procedures. Through practical lectures and case studies, the standards for the admission of evidence in judicial practice, the role of investigation reports in judges’ judgments, and the requirements of relevant laws and regulations (such as criminal, civil and personal information laws) are introduced, so that students can acquire preliminary fraud investigation sensitivity and digital forensics skills, which can be applied in future accounting, auditing, information or risk management positions.
