教育目標 Course Target
This course reviews the theories and practice of corporate governance. Among the topics covered are: size of the board of directors, compensation, outsiders, women and board diversity, and corporate social responsibility. It provides an introduction to the scientific evidence regarding corporate governance practices and economic performance. Cases and examples will be presented during the lectures and for team discussion.
