教育目標 Course Target
本課程聚焦於產業創新與投資分析的整合應用，引導學生理解知識經濟時代下企業如何透過創新策略創造長期競爭優勢，並培養以投資人視角評估創新事業價值之能力。課程結合理論與實務，涵蓋產業創新型態、產業動態分析、企業價值評估與投資組合配置，協助學生建立從產業洞察 → 財務分析 → 投資決策的完整思維架構，作為未來創業、企業管理或投資實務的重要基礎。
This course focuses on the integrated application of industrial innovation and investment analysis, guiding students to understand how companies create long-term competitive advantages through innovation strategies in the era of knowledge economy, and cultivate the ability to evaluate the value of innovative undertakings from an investor's perspective. The course combines theory and practice, covering industrial innovation types, industry dynamic analysis, corporate value assessment and investment portfolio allocation, helping students establish a complete thinking structure from industry insight → financial analysis → investment decision-making, which will serve as an important foundation for future entrepreneurship, business management or investment practice.
