本課程旨在培養在職碩士專班學生能實際運用醫療品質與病人安全之理論與方法(工具)。以往課程設計多為被動學習方法（聽講），較難在態度和行為上產生可持續的改變。本課運用學中做及做中學的方法，包括討論、模擬、練習之工作坊，讓學生以積極參與的方式，分析臨床或醫務管理實務中的問題，找出系統性的原因，並找出最適對策，解決系統性的問題。使學生學習如何透過團隊合作，更好的學到相關工具的技巧運用，並提升學生在品質與安全的文化意識，進而培育出具備醫務管理系統思考的領導與實踐人才。

This course aims to train in-service master's degree students to be able to actually apply the theories and methods (tools) of medical quality and patient safety. In the past, most courses were designed using passive learning methods (listening to lectures), which made it difficult to produce sustainable changes in attitudes and behaviors. This course uses learning-by-doing and learning-by-doing methods, including discussion, simulation, and practice workshops, to allow students to actively participate in analyzing problems in clinical or medical management practices, identify systemic causes, and find the most appropriate countermeasures to solve systemic problems. It enables students to learn how to use relevant tools through teamwork, and enhances students' cultural awareness of quality and safety, thereby cultivating leadership and practical talents with systematic thinking in medical management.
