教育目標 Course Target
本課程希望幫助學生瞭解生物科技工業的結構，如再生能源，食品，工业微生物学，工業發酵，循環經濟等工業與概念，瞭解生物科技工業在全球的發展與前景。
This course hopes to help students understand the structure of the biotechnology industry, such as renewable energy, food, industrial microbiology, industrial fermentation, circular economy and other industries and concepts, and understand the development and prospects of the biotechnology industry in the world.
