教育目標 Course Target

智慧製造執行系統(Intelligent Manufacturing Execution System, iMES)為「智慧製造」核心之一。iMES運用聯網(IoT)、人工智慧(AI)、深度學習、大數據分析、雲端運算、數位孿生(Digital Twin)及生成式人工智慧(GAI) 等先進技術,實現對生產過程中各項關鍵要素的智慧化監控、決策支援與成效評量。智慧製造執行系統的核心功能不僅在於運用數據驅動,即時掌握生產狀況、偵測與預測潛在異常,並進行診斷與預防,更能動態調整生產計畫、優化排程、降低能源消耗,以持續提升製程效能與產品品質。本課程首先從系統觀點出發,結合生產 PDCA 循環、製造作業管理(Manufacturing Operation Management, MOM)、製造資源管理(Manufacturing Resource Management, MRM)及精實生產理念,介紹「製造系統」的整體架構。接著,針對工業 4.0 的智慧製造需求,說明「產業生態系」下的智慧製造系統發展脈絡,以及智慧製造執行系統的功能與技術架構。同時,課程將探討支撐智慧製造執行系統的關鍵技術,包括資料科學、人工智慧、深度學習、數位孿生與生成式人工智慧(GAI)之原理與應用。此外,課程將透過實際案例分析,參考系統工程之觀念與程序,說明製造執行之智慧化轉型的方法論與實踐程序。

Intelligent Manufacturing Execution System (iMES) is one of the cores of "smart manufacturing". iMES uses advanced technologies such as Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), deep learning, big data analysis, cloud computing, Digital Twin and Generative Artificial Intelligence (GAI) to achieve intelligent monitoring, decision support and effectiveness evaluation of key elements in the production process. The core function of the smart manufacturing execution system is not only to use data-driven technology to instantly grasp production status, detect and predict potential abnormalities, and perform diagnosis and prevention. It can also dynamically adjust production plans, optimize schedules, and reduce energy consumption to continuously improve process efficiency and product quality. This course first introduces the overall architecture of the "manufacturing system" from a system perspective, combining the production PDCA cycle, Manufacturing Operation Management (MOM), Manufacturing Resource Management (MRM) and lean production concepts. Next, in view of the smart manufacturing needs of Industry 4.0, the development context of smart manufacturing systems under the "industrial ecosystem" is explained, as well as the functions and technical architecture of smart manufacturing execution systems. At the same time, the course will explore the key technologies that support smart manufacturing execution systems, including the principles and applications of data science, artificial intelligence, deep learning, digital twins, and generative artificial intelligence (GAI). In addition, the course will use actual case analysis and refer to the concepts and procedures of systems engineering to explain the methodology and practical procedures of intelligent transformation of manufacturing execution.
