教育目標 Course Target

1. 加強學生在分離化學方面的知識,以及如何使用分離技術來純化/分離化合物。
2. 找出各種分離/萃取技術的差異和實用性,以及如何選擇合適的樣品前處理方法來萃取特定基質中的目標分析物。

課程概述 Course Description

本課程先以引導學生瞭解分離技術於各式生物樣品製備之應用,隨後再介紹以層析理論為基礎之各式化學分離方法。

This course first guides students to understand the application of separation technology in the preparation of various biological samples, and then introduces various chemical separation methods based on chromatography theory.
