根據講師個人在產學界之期刊、專利撰寫發表與國際期刊(SCI Journals)及國際會議(International Conferences)審稿經驗，並彙整過去在各大學擔任授課講師及指導學生撰寫國際會議與碩博士論文實務，將真實案例系統性彙整進行教授。在課程設計上將分為四大內容: 校內電子資料庫搜尋介紹與操作、國際會議論文撰寫技巧、國際期刊撰寫技巧及業界專利撰寫/提交技巧。課程內容中也將以過去撰寫過的國際期刊、國際會議論文、各國專利申請文案作為實務案例文稿進行講解說明。課程也將以學生自身專題或碩博士論文為主軸，進行實際演練學習。整體課程之設計將著重在碩博士班發表需求為主，也期許可程內容可以吻合當下碩博士生及大四專題生在成果發表上之指引需求，並協助即將就業且有志於從事科技技術開發之同學能夠在職場上有效提出相關專利保護智權文案。

Based on the lecturer's personal experience in journals, patent writing and publication in industry and academia, and review of international journals (SCI Journals) and international conferences (International Conferences), and his past experience as a lecturer in various universities and guiding students to write international conferences and master's and doctoral theses, real cases are systematically compiled and taught. The course design will be divided into four major contents: introduction and operation of on-campus electronic database search, international conference paper writing skills, international journal writing skills and industry patent writing/submission skills. In the course content, international journals, international conference papers, and patent application documents from various countries that have been written in the past will also be used as practical case manuscripts to explain. The course will also focus on students' own special topics or master's and doctoral dissertations, and conduct practical exercises and learning. The design of the overall course will focus on the publication needs of master's and doctoral students. It is expected that the content of the course can meet the guidance needs of current master's and doctoral students and senior thematic students in the publication of results, and help students who are about to find employment and are interested in engaging in scientific and technological development to effectively submit relevant patent protection intellectual property documents in the workplace.
