古代身體觀的研究，在今日學界已成為重要的學術議題。在這個課程裡，我們將先概述今日古代身體觀的研究概況，再介紹其研究對象、目的與方法。再者，我們將從思想史研究面切入，討論儒、道、醫等各家身體觀的內容、相關議題，及重要研究成果。最後，我們將討論古代身體觀研究的特色，及其可能同其他學科，進行跨領域研究的可行性和可能方式。本課程有三個主要學習目標：一是修習本課程後，能對古代身體觀研究的基本關懷、重要主題與研究歷程的演變，有一定的認識。二是能具備獨立研讀相關原始或研究文獻的能力，以此作為細研古代身體觀研究的基礎。三是能以古代身體觀為研究對象，具有深刻的主題意識，發掘研究課題，並具有獨立完成論文寫作的能力。

The study of ancient body concepts has become an important academic topic in today's academic circles. In this course, we will first give an overview of the research on ancient body concepts today, and then introduce its research objects, purposes and methods. Furthermore, we will start from the perspective of intellectual history research and discuss the content, related issues, and important research results of Confucianism, Taoism, medicine, and other schools of thought on the body. Finally, we will discuss the characteristics of the study of ancient body concepts and the feasibility and possible ways of conducting cross-field research with other disciplines. This course has three main learning objectives: First, after studying this course, you will have a certain understanding of the basic concerns, important themes, and the evolution of the research process in ancient body view research. The second is to have the ability to independently study relevant original or research documents as a basis for careful study of ancient body concepts. The third is to be able to use the ancient body concept as the research object, have a deep theme awareness, explore research topics, and have the ability to independently complete thesis writing.
