教育目標 Course Target
本課程旨在建立學生完整且系統化的重量訓練科學框架。使學生能理解重量訓練對肌肉、骨骼及神經系統的適應機制,透過學習六大核心動作模式引導學生從器械過渡至自由重量,提升身體協調性與功能性;能判讀並自主設定重量訓練之變項,包含組數、次數、強度及休息間歇;養成正確的安全防護意識,建立自主的訓練態度,並能依據不同的生理狀況與生理目標(肌肥大、肌耐力或力量)調整個人訓練計畫。
This course is designed to establish students' complete and systematic scientific framework for weight training. Enable students to understand the adaptation mechanism of weight training to the muscles, bones and nervous system, and guide students to transition from equipment to free weights through learning six core movement patterns to improve body coordination and functionality; be able to interpret and independently set the variables of weight training, including the number of sets, times, intensity and rest intervals; develop a correct awareness of safety protection, establish an independent training attitude, and adjust personal training plans according to different physiological conditions and physiological goals (muscle hypertrophy, muscle endurance or strength).
