教育目標 Course Target
一、羽球各項基本擊球技術的應用。
二、發展身體綜合能力。
三、養成規律運動的習慣。
四、瞭解羽球比賽規則，學會欣賞比賽。
1. Application of various basic batting techniques in badminton.
2. Develop comprehensive physical abilities.
3. Develop the habit of regular exercise.
4. Understand the rules of badminton and learn to appreciate the game.

兩人對打 Two people fighting |
20 | 兩人在後場站位進行對打，滿分20分需完成連續對打20次以上。 |

分組比賽及裁判事務 Group competition and referee affairs |
10 | 分組比賽，且完成個人比賽至少10場以上。 |
|
彈性學習 flexible learning |
10 | 繳交報告並上傳iLearn至作業區，內容包含羽球動作分析與科技應用。 |
|
身體組成檢測 body composition test |
5 | 完成身體組成檢測與個人報表。 |
|
運動知能測驗 motor aptitude test |
5 | 完成運動知能測驗。 |
