教育目標 Course Target
1.介紹桌球運動各項基本技能和戰術。
2.身體組成分析後測。
3.精進運動知能學習(運動安全、身體組成與運動功能檢測分析)。
4.教育部體適能檢測。
5.桌球術科教學。
6.體適能(心肺適能、肌力、肌耐力、柔軟適能)。
7.認識桌球運動，培養欣賞球賽的樂趣。
1. Introduce the basic skills and tactics of table tennis.
2. Body composition analysis post-test.
3. Improve sports knowledge and ability learning (sports safety, body composition and motor function detection and analysis).
4. Physical fitness test by the Ministry of Education.
5.Teaching table tennis skills.
6. Physical fitness (cardiopulmonary fitness, muscle strength, muscular endurance, flexibility fitness).
7. Understand the game of table tennis and cultivate the enjoyment of enjoying the game.
