Teaching Practical Training on Arts

教育目標 Course Target

這門課主要是對即將步入教育實習的師資培育生們進行準備。透過這門課的學習討論,修課的師資培育生將瞭解目前教育政策,中等學校之教學、班級經營、行政等實務相關問題,並了解教育實習可能面臨的情境問題及可能的處理方式,以幫助師資生進入教育實習機構能快速適應學習並發揮所長,增加教育專業能力。本課程將利用閱讀文章瞭解中等教育教學內涵,教育實習之意義與實務,藉由學校參訪及實習學校見習熟悉教育現場,與現職老師及有實習經驗的學長姊對話,對未來教育實習工作瞭解。另外亦將邀修課之師資生進行教學演示,熟練教材的編製與教學之技能。

This course is mainly to prepare teacher trainees who are about to enter educational internship. Through the study and discussion of this course, teacher training students who take the course will understand current education policies, practical issues related to teaching, class management, and administration in secondary schools, and understand the situational problems that may be faced in educational internships and possible ways to deal with them, so as to help teacher students enter education internship institutions to quickly adapt to learning and develop their strengths, and increase their professional abilities in education. This course will use reading articles to understand the connotation of secondary education teaching, the significance and practice of educational internships, familiarize yourself with the education scene through school visits and internships at schools, and talk with current teachers and seniors with internship experience to understand future education internships. In addition, teachers and students who take the course will be invited to give teaching demonstrations and become proficient in the preparation of teaching materials and teaching skills.

實習學校見習及報告
Internship school internship and report
30 見習內容包括學校環境的認識、各處室的拜訪、教學的觀摩、及學生認識。學程中心將準備統一表格讓同學紀錄見習活動,內含: 日期、時間、地點、活動/工作,及學校相關輔導人員之簽名,以資證明同學見習的事實。
教育專業增能工作坊
Education professional empowerment workshop
25 本中心極力鼓勵修習本課程的師資生參加教師資格考,成為一位合格之實習生而準備。為修課同學舉辦教育專業增能工作坊,4/24(五)辦理教師資格模擬考,以提升師資生的教育專業知能。修習本課程同學必須全程參加,並繳交讀書紀錄(如當天無法參加,須至辦公室補考,並觀看錄影帶)
學校參訪
school visit
15 3/27(星期五)由師培中心安排至新竹縣南華國中參訪,修課同學於當天早上8:00於東大附中大樓前的停車場集合上車,當天預計下午4:00左右回到學校。同學依實地學習記錄表撰寫參觀紀錄及實地學習心得,當天有課需請公假的同學,可至師培中心申請證明。
教學設計與教學演示檢測
Instructional design and teaching demonstration testing
30 教案書寫採教案設計格式 (統一格式),選擇第四冊一教科書版本,教學設計應包含(具體的教學目標、完整的教學內容、與詳盡的教學流程)1教學演示前,以選擇的版本,當場抽籤教學演示的單元課程,並提供10鐘書寫簡單教案。2每人上台演試15分,可以應用相關教學資源3試後10分鐘講評組回饋與教學者對談須觀看自己的教學影帶及一組員的教學影帶,寫下反思的心得--what I (he/she) did right, what I (she/he) did wrong, and what I (she/he) could have
