1.建立河川永續意識
透過環境教育與案例導入，讓參與者理解河川在自然、生態、文化與都市生活中的價值，並反思都市化造成的斷裂與挑戰。
2.培養青年行動力
以年輕世代熟悉的語言與工具（數位媒體、社群平台、科技監測裝置），將河川議題轉化為可參與、可體驗、可分享的行動，讓學員從「遠觀」轉變為「參與者」與「倡議者」。
3.設計體驗與公共場域
藉由設計思考與情境體驗，引導學員探索都市河岸的生態與社區連結，並提出能兼具環境復育與社會價值的空間或活動構想。
4.跨域整合與實踐
結合生態學、設計思考、社會創新與數位科技，培養跨領域合作的能力，並於課程末以團隊方式完成可行性提案或原型展示。
5.激發持續參與的動能
透過反思與成果分享，鼓勵學員將學到的方法應用於社區，進一步成為推動河川永續與公共參與的青年實踐者。

1. Establish awareness of river sustainability
Through environmental education and case introduction, participants can understand the value of rivers in nature, ecology, culture and urban life, and reflect on the fractures and challenges caused by urbanization.
2. Cultivate youth mobility
Using language and tools familiar to the younger generation (digital media, social platforms, technological monitoring devices), river issues are transformed into actions that can be participated in, experienced, and shared, allowing students to transform from "far-viewers" to "participants" and "advocates."
3. Design experience and public areas
Through design thinking and situational experience, students are guided to explore the ecology and community connections of urban riverbanks, and propose space or activity ideas that have both environmental restoration and social value.
4. Cross-domain integration and practice
Combining ecology, design thinking, social innovation and digital technology to cultivate the ability of cross-field cooperation, and at the end of the course, a feasibility proposal or prototype presentation will be completed as a team.
5. Stimulate the motivation for continued participation
Through reflection and sharing of results, trainees are encouraged to apply the methods they have learned to the community and further become young practitioners who promote river sustainability and public participation.
