教育目標 Course Target
課程目標:
1.了解並分析中國經濟發展背後的政治及社會因素,及其對世界經濟的重構效應。(認知:包含基本知識與應用、理解與分析能力)
2.畢業後到中國投資或就業時,能夠從中國本身脈絡的基礎上尋找利基點而肯定自我。(技能)
3.避免僅以西方經濟學或管理學理論做為爾後在中國投資或就業時唯一的行動準則。(行為)
4.以社會領域為路徑引導學生「為萬世開太平」,並能使學生感受到中國與世界經濟共構下的經濟變化,對日常生活及就業所產生的影響。(情意)
5.具備尊重差異及承認差異之素養,瞭解到西方中心主義觀點及線性思考模式非普世準則,能從在地及欣賞他人的立場了解中國經濟發展。(後設認知結果)
課程內涵:
中國為何能夠在改革開放後短短的四十多年,發展成為全球第二大經濟體?「具有中國特色的社會主義市場經濟」不是口號,這說明中國經濟崛起本身的特殊性。雖然中國改革開放後,的確與西方的資本主義市場經濟產生一定程度的接軌與共構關係,但盲目套用西方經濟學理論來說明中國的經濟崛起因素與需求市場型態,是忽略中國本身既有之脈絡。中國經濟堀起有著自身的經濟、社會、文化、歷史與政治等多元面向意涵。因此,本課程將帶領學生回到中國自身的特殊脈胳來理解中國經濟崛起之因素,並探討中國與世界經濟生產網絡共構同時本身也成為世界上主要需求市場後,對台灣以及世界經濟區位與資源分配所造成的轉型與重構結果。
Course objectives:
1. Understand and analyze the political and social factors behind China's economic development and its restructuring effect on the world economy. (Cognition: including basic knowledge and application, understanding and analysis skills)
2. When investing or working in China after graduation, you can find a niche based on China's own context and affirm yourself. (skill)
3. Avoid using Western economics or management theory as the only guideline for future investment or employment in China. (behavior)
4. Use the social field as a path to guide students to "create peace for all generations" and enable students to feel the impact of economic changes under the joint structure of China and the world economy on daily life and employment. (affection)
5. Have the ability to respect and acknowledge differences, understand that Western-centric views and linear thinking models are not universal standards, and be able to understand China's economic development from the local perspective and appreciate others. (Metacognitive results)
Course content:
Why was China able to develop into the world's second largest economy in just over 40 years after reform and opening up? "Socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics" is not a slogan. This shows the particularity of China's economic rise itself. Although China has indeed had a certain degree of integration and co-construction with the Western capitalist market economy since its reform and opening up, blindly applying Western economic theories to explain China's economic rise factors and demand market patterns ignores China's own existing context. The rise of China's economy has its own multifaceted implications in terms of economy, society, culture, history and politics. Therefore, this course will lead students back to China's own special context to understand the factors behind China's economic rise, and explore the transformation and restructuring consequences of Taiwan and the world's economic location and resource allocation after China and the world's economic production network co-constructed and itself became the world's major demand market.
