在快速變動與高度壓力的社會中，「幸福」不再只是抽象的追求，而是一種可被學習與設計的能力。本課程融合正向心理學（Positive Psychology）與生命設計（Life Design）理念，引導學生認識幸福的心理基礎，並以設計思考方法探索自我價值與人生方向。藉由討論、書寫、創作與行動計畫，學生將有機會打造一個有意義、有感、有選擇的生活樣貌。

In a rapidly changing and highly stressful society, "happiness" is no longer just an abstract pursuit, but an ability that can be learned and designed. This course integrates the concepts of Positive Psychology and Life Design to guide students to understand the psychological basis of happiness and explore self-worth and life direction using design thinking methods. Through discussion, writing, creation and action planning, students will have the opportunity to create a meaningful, emotional and selective life.
