不動產產業的規劃涉及面向相當廣泛，從不動產產權的基礎認識，延伸至實際專業職場中的服務與應用。本課程將帶領學生認識不動產相關法規體系，包括國土計畫與都市計畫架構，並進一步說明建物汰換所涉及的都市更新與危老建築等議題，讓學生了解相關規劃皆需仰賴專業人員進行整體評估與判斷。

課程設計以多元學群為導向，透過不動產相關課程學習，引導學生逐步建立對不動產產業的認識與興趣，並鼓勵學生自我期許，朝向精進專業能力與成為不動產產業專業人才為目標。

The planning of the real estate industry involves a wide range of aspects, from the basic understanding of real estate property rights to services and applications in the actual professional workplace. This course will lead students to understand the legal system related to real estate, including land planning and urban planning structures, and further explain the urban renewal and dilapidated buildings involved in building replacement, so that students will understand that relevant planning requires professionals to make overall assessments and judgments.

The curriculum design is oriented to a diverse group of students. Through the study of real estate-related courses, students are guided to gradually establish their understanding and interest in the real estate industry, and students are encouraged to have their own expectations, aiming to improve their professional abilities and become professionals in the real estate industry.
