（二）界限與稱呼：未成年人、兒童、兒童與少年
（三）兒童及少年保護之憲法根源
（四）兒少行政保護與司法保護
（五）兒童權利公約
（六）曝險兒童及少年、非行兒童及少年、兒童及少年被害人
The main contents of this course are as follows:
(1) Legal system for the protection of children and juveniles
(2) Boundaries and titles: minors, children, children and teenagers
(3) The constitutional roots of the protection of children and juveniles
(4) Administrative and judicial protection of children and adolescents
(5) Convention on the Rights of the Child
(6) Exposed children and teenagers, non-traveling children and teenagers, children and juvenile victims
