教育目標 Course Target

一、課程簡介與目標
本課程旨在回應人工智慧時代下,醫療場域法律關係的變革。課程設計核心強調「跨域合作」與「問題解決」,引導學生跳脫單純的法條適用,轉向具備商業洞察與科技理解的「AI法律合規顧問」角色。
對應核心素養「跨域合作」:
課程設計核心是將 學術、實務與商業洞察 進行整合。 課程內容涵蓋: AI法制(法律) 、 智慧醫療實務(醫療/科技) 。要求學生跳脫單純的法律視角,分析問題。
預期作法:模擬AI法律與智慧醫療實務專家,將教材內容與「AI合規診斷問卷與報告模板」結合。
成果:引導學生 完成「智慧醫療法規合規指引」建立至少1份可教學用的核心服務模板。
對應核心素養「問題解決」:
課程採用「 前瞻性 」與「 預防式 」的價值主張,要求學生運用AI工具進行初階事實研究與擬定執行或法規追蹤方案,訓練學生在面對複雜問題時,能利用數位工具提升效率,並專注於高價值的策略性判斷。
預期做法:舉辦期末「顧問專案成果發表會」,邀請實務界人士擔任評審,並執行素養成效問卷調查。
成果: 產出素養成效評估報告;獲得實務界對課程設計與學生能力的即時回饋。

1. Course Introduction and Objectives
This course aims to respond to the changes in legal relations in the medical field in the era of artificial intelligence. The core of the course design emphasizes "cross-domain cooperation" and "problem solving", guiding students to escape from the simple application of legal regulations and move towards the role of "AI legal compliance consultant" with business insights and technological understanding.
Corresponding to the core competency "cross-domain cooperation":
The core of the course design is to integrate academic, practical and business insights. Course content covers: AI legal system (law), smart medical practice (medical/technology). Students are required to break away from a pure legal perspective and analyze issues.
Expected practice: Simulate AI legal and smart medical practice experts, and combine the teaching material content with the "AI Compliance Diagnostic Questionnaire and Report Template".
Results: Guide students to complete the "Smart Medical Regulations and Compliance Guidelines" to create at least one core service template that can be used for teaching.
Corresponding to the core competency "Problem Solving":
The course adopts the value proposition of "forward-looking" and "preventive" and requires students to use AI tools to conduct preliminary fact research and formulate implementation or regulatory tracking plans. It trains students to use digital tools to improve efficiency when facing complex problems and focus on high-value strategic judgments.
Expected approach: Hold a final "consultant project results presentation", invite practitioners to serve as judges, and conduct a literacy effectiveness questionnaire.
Achievements: Produce literacy effectiveness evaluation reports; obtain immediate feedback from the practical community on course design and student abilities.

同學必須依照上課指定的題目蒐集資料後,彙整成可操作的合規診斷問卷與報告模板。

Students must collect information according to the topics specified in class and compile it into an operational compliance diagnosis questionnaire and report template.
