教育目標 Course Target
刑事制裁是刑事法學、刑事政策與犯罪 學之科技整合之學門，對於犯罪防治研究所之研究生而言，不可不關注之學門，本課程期待 研究生能在課堂上的思考，除了對刑事制裁體系有完整的認識，提供未來實務上堅實的學理參考。
Criminal sanctions is a discipline that integrates science and technology in criminal law, criminal policy and criminology. For graduate students at the Institute of Crime Prevention and Control, it is a discipline that must be paid attention to. This course expects graduate students to think in class, in addition to having a complete understanding of the criminal sanctions system, and to provide a solid academic reference for future practice.
