Intermediate Computer-Aided Design and Simulation in Landscape Architecture
教育目標 Course Target
本課程以Rhino為核心三維建模工具，聚焦於景觀與建築設計實務中常見的空間、地形與構造表現。課程將從Rhino的基礎操作與建模邏輯出發，逐步建立學生對NURBS幾何系統的理解，並延伸至實際設計中常用的曲面建構、地形處理與空間整合方法。
教學內容結合案例操作與設計思維，強調模型結構清晰、尺度正確與後續設計深化的可行性，而非僅止於造型表現。課程後段將引導學生將Rhino模型應用於設計發展、方案表達與跨軟體協作，培養其將數位工具轉化為設計思考與專業溝通能力的基礎。
This course uses Rhino as the core 3D modeling tool, focusing on common space, terrain and structural expressions in landscape and architectural design practices. The course will start from Rhino's basic operations and modeling logic, gradually build students' understanding of the NURBS geometric system, and extend to surface construction, terrain processing and spatial integration methods commonly used in actual design.
The teaching content combines case operations and design thinking, emphasizing the clear structure of the model, correct scale and the feasibility of subsequent design deepening, rather than just modeling performance. The latter part of the course will guide students to apply the Rhino model to design development, solution expression and cross-software collaboration, cultivating their ability to transform digital tools into design thinking and professional communication.
