教育目標 Course Target
(一)培養基本團體有氧課程的設計編排與教學指導能力。(二)瞭解健康體適能與運動技術體能的差別。(三)學習運用強度變化要素調整課程內容以因應不同體適能水準的需求。
(1) Cultivate the design, arrangement and teaching guidance capabilities of basic group aerobic courses. (2) Understand the difference between healthy physical fitness and sports technical fitness. (3) Learn to use intensity variation factors to adjust course content to meet the needs of different physical fitness levels.
