課程目標
本課程旨在培養學生理解並應用運動生物力學原理,分析運動過程中的力、動作與控制機制,並能將理論知識轉化為運動技能優化及傷害預防策略。學生將學習線性與角運動的運動學分析、動量與衝量的運動力學應用、流體力學在運動中的影響,以及各類運動器材與生物材料的力學特性。同時強化對肌肉、骨骼與神經系統的整合分析能力,掌握生物力學測量與模擬技術,提升運動表現並降低受傷風險。

課程內涵
課程內容涵蓋平衡維持與動作改變的基礎力學概念;運動學分析包括線性與角運動之速度、加速度與軌跡特性;運動力學探討動量、衝量、碰撞及其在競技運動中的應用;流體力學分析水中與空氣中運動的阻力與浮力效應。進一步學習機械材料與生物組織的力學行為,了解肌肉、骨骼及神經系統在動作控制中的角色。專項應用部分涵蓋球類運動、跑步、跳躍、投擲及力量訓練的生物力學分析,並探討運動傷害的力學原因及預防方法。課程實作包括生物力學測量工具使用、運動力學模擬及運動科技應用。期中與期末考透過綜合性測驗與案例分析,檢驗學生整合生物力學知識的能力。

Course objectives
This course aims to train students to understand and apply the principles of sports biomechanics, analyze forces, movements and control mechanisms during exercise, and transform theoretical knowledge into sports skill optimization and injury prevention strategies. Students will learn the kinematic analysis of linear and angular motion, the application of momentum and impulse in motion mechanics, the influence of fluid mechanics in motion, and the mechanical properties of various sports equipment and biological materials. At the same time, strengthen the integrated analysis ability of muscles, bones and nervous system, master biomechanical measurement and simulation technology, improve sports performance and reduce the risk of injury.

Course content
The course content covers the basic mechanical concepts of balance maintenance and movement change; kinematic analysis includes the velocity, acceleration and trajectory characteristics of linear and angular motion; motion mechanics discusses momentum, impulse, collision and their application in competitive sports; fluid mechanics analyzes the resistance and buoyancy effects of motion in water and air. Further study the mechanical behavior of mechanical materials and biological tissues, and understand the role of muscles, bones and nervous systems in movement control. The special application section covers biomechanical analysis of ball sports, running, jumping, throwing and strength training, and discusses the mechanical causes and prevention methods of sports injuries. Course practice includes the use of biomechanical measurement tools, simulation of sports mechanics and application of sports technology. The midterm and final examinations test students' ability to integrate biomechanical knowledge through comprehensive tests and case analyses.
