教育目標 Course Target
從理論及實作並進的方法，讓同學了解飲品的世界，剖析飲料的組成與製作過程，介紹市面上常見的飲料，實地操作演練，訓練同學認知與賦能，學期末驗收並給予創新飲品的學習機會。
Using both theory and practice, students can understand the world of beverages, analyze the composition and production process of beverages, introduce common beverages on the market, conduct field operations and drills, train students' cognition and empowerment, and provide students with the opportunity to learn innovative beverages through acceptance at the end of the semester.
課程概述 Course Description
課程結合理論、實務與個案研究，培養學生了解、探討節慶與文化活動的內涵，培養同學具備節慶活動規畫的基本能力及了解活動管理執行的奧妙。課程除上課講授，分組討論之外，另搭配實際活動規劃及執行。學生將學習到企劃書撰寫，執行及執行後討論及改進策略。
The course combines theory, practice and case studies to train students to understand and explore the connotation of festivals and cultural activities, to equip students with the basic ability to plan festival activities and to understand the secrets of event management and execution. In addition to class lectures and group discussions, the course is also equipped with practical activity planning and execution. Students will learn how to write a plan, implement it, and discuss and improve strategies after implementation.
