建立正確的消費灣念,認識食品工業與一般民眾的關係,瞭解消費習性對農業和糧食資源的影響, 培養學生對飲食習性與食品產銷的自我管理。

Establish a correct concept of consumption, understand the relationship between the food industry and the general public, understand the impact of consumption habits on agriculture and food resources, and cultivate students' self-management of eating habits and food production and marketing.
